About me
Hi, I’m Lucy Holburn
I work with people and teams who want to make a difference — and I help them do it well.
Whether you’re leading an organisation, shaping strategy, or driving complex change, I help you bring clarity, confidence, and connection to your leadership — so you can create meaningful impact without losing sight of what matters most.
My background is a tapestry — spanning the voluntary, charity, arts, media, social enterprise, network management, and hospitality sectors. It’s given me a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life and a belief that lasting change starts with how we show up, listen, and work together.
These days, I wear a few hats:
-
Coach & Mentor – helping leaders grow, reflect, and lead with authenticity
-
Facilitator – supporting teams and organisations to collaborate, plan, and co-design meaningful change
-
Consultant – specialising in Asset Based Community Development and engagement
I also work with the Stroke Association as an Engagement Lead, focusing on health inequalities and integrating Co-Design and Systems Thinking into how we approach change in the health sector.
Alongside my professional work, I’m proud to be a Trustee at Feeding Bristol, a food justice charity working to tackle food insecurity and promote a fairer, more sustainable food system for everyone.
Outside of work, I’m mum to twin boys, which means life is rarely quiet and never dull! I love cooking, swimming, and finding laughter in everyday moments.

My Coaching Approach
My approach to coaching is built on the belief that you already hold your own best answers. My role is to co-create the thinking space — and provide the challenge, tools, and encouragement — that help you access them with clarity and confidence.
I’m pragmatic and solution-focused, and I always make room for reflection and possibility — a realistic dreamer, helping you turn ideas into meaningful action and progress toward your goals.
I believe that coaching should be accessible to anyone who wants it, so I offer a sliding scale of fees. You can request my one-page explainer to self-select the rate that best fits your circumstances or your organisation’s funding.
Sessions are typically an hour long and can be arranged online or face to face in Bristol. You’re welcome to book a one-off session to explore a specific challenge, or a series to support sustained growth and change.
As a coach, I bring a calm, grounded presence, underpinned by professional training, ongoing supervision, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-informed practice. My aim is to hold a space where you can think deeply, act decisively, and lead with authenticity.
